How can we ensure safe accommodations?
Before any product reaches you, it undergoes comprehensive safety checks. For instance, we test:
- whether the fabric is waterproof in heavy rain,
- whether the tent remains stable during strong winds, and
- whether all materials meet fire safety standards.
Additionally, each product comes with clear instructions for assembly, disassembly, use, and maintenance. This way, you will know exactly how to safely use your accommodation.
Always identifiable and traceable
All our products come with a type and batch number. Beginning in the 2026 season, all our sales products will feature a QR code that links to the relevant information. This ensures you always have access to the correct manual and safety warnings.
Your Safety in Practice
We are committed to monitoring our accommodations and accessories continuously. We take field reports seriously. If we find a minor issue, such as an unclear label, we will resolve it immediately. In the event of an error in the manual, we will provide you with the correct information right away. Should a more serious safety issue arise unexpectedly, we can promptly implement a recall and offer an appropriate solution.

How can you best care for our products?
Our products require minimal maintenance, but there are a few key points to consider if you want to ensure their longevity.
Tents
Our tent canvases are treated with a waterproof layer. This impregnation helps keep the tent fabric dry. However, when the tent is washed, this waterproofing is removed, and the tent will no longer be waterproof. Always make sure the tent is completely dry before folding it and storing it in its accompanying bag.
