With more than 25 years of experience in the events industry, Tijs has a profound understanding of how to organize a project seamlessly from start to finish. Although he began his career in event technology, he has been fully dedicated to camping and glamping at festivals and events since 2016.

Arnd joined FestiTent more than ten years ago as a working student and steadily grew into the role of Production Manager at Liffin. Today, he is responsible for the smooth execution of all on-site service processes and plays a leading role in the development of the supporting software.

As Production Manager, Sylvan oversees the entire production process, both on-site and off-site. With his many years of experience within the FestiTent team, he leads people and processes with focus and clarity, ensuring every project is delivered efficiently and according to plan.

Aniek assists both the sales and operations teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly in the background. Her organizational skills and proactive approach make her an indispensable link.

In early 2024, Niels shifted from sporting events to festivals. He enjoys creating large-scale productions from the ground up and works with enthusiasm and a smile throughout the summer!
Nick Peeterse
Project Coordinator
Nick is passionate about overseeing both the logistical details and the overall progress as a project manager. After starting as a logistics manager in 2024, he took on the role of project manager in 2025. Whether working behind a computer or out in the field, Nick is prepared for any challenge that comes his way.
Menno van Dommelen
Warehouse Coordinator
Menno has been a logistics expert in the events industry since 2008. Over the years, he has gained extensive knowledge both domestically and internationally, so you're likely to see him on-site or in our warehouse during peak season.

After several years of working on-site as a self-employed person for LIFFIN, Luc now works in the Warehouse every day.
Axelle Meurs
Project Coordinator Check-in & Hospitality Services
Since the summer of 2025, Axelle has been part of the team as a Project Coordinator. With her warm and welcoming personality, she ensures a smooth check-in process and a friendly reception on our productions. In addition, she supports the webshop and manages guest services, always placing the guest experience at the heart of her work.
Dahlia Hanscke
Project Assistant
Dahlia is interning at LIFFIN's warehouse, where she utilizes her keen eye for structure and organization to ensure smooth operations. With her enthusiasm and eagerness to learn, she supports the team in logistics and production while gaining valuable experience that will prepare her for a future in the events industry.

Fay provides extensive support to sales and operations and is often found on-site during the summer. Her enthusiasm and energy ensure a positive impact wherever she goes.
Jimmy Böhmer
Project Assistant
Jimmy Böhmer joined LIFFIN in February 2025. During his first six months, he worked in operations and participated in various projects throughout the festival season. Starting in September 2025, he will move to the sales and warehouse departments to further develop his skills and contribute his expertise.

Anna has been a trusted member of the crew team for many years. Together with Lisa, she is responsible for recruiting and scheduling students and flex workers. Thanks to her experience and strong people skills, she consistently matches the right people to the right roles, resulting in well-functioning teams across every production.
Lisa Lepaige
Crew Coordinator
Lisa began her journey at FestiTent as an intern and became a full-time member of the team in 2023. Together with Anna, she is responsible for the recruitment and scheduling of students and flex workers across various productions. Her structured and detail-oriented approach ensures that every team starts each project fully prepared.
