Wanted: A structured event or project manager who can transform any environment into a glamping site in no time!
We are LIFFIN, an organization that continues to grow and develop, offering fully furnished, luxury accommodations on location. You may know us from our glamping experiences at well-known festivals such as Sziget, Mysteryland, Best Kept Secret, and Tomorrowland. With our product range, we serve events ranging from 100 to 5,000 accommodations across Europe. We are a young, ambitious organization, constantly evolving, delivering quality, and collaborating with our clients on concept and product development. Our guests are our priority, and we strive to provide them with a unique experience.
The Liffin DNA is focused on innovation and pioneering; we continually seek opportunities to think creatively and outside the box. This allows our organization to remain strong and distinctive through our product offering, which we translate into our support services. At the same time, we are flexible and able to adapt quickly during the organization and execution of our events. Our work ethic is positive and pragmatic, and the trial-and-error process makes us a close-knit team, which thankfully comes with a healthy dose of humor.
Whatever you organize is destined for success! You are passionate about delivering quality to your clients and providing the best service to your guests. We will teach you how to seamlessly move from the big picture to the finer details—covering everything from pre-production and setup to the event itself and post-event dismantling.
You adeptly navigate various festival locations and internal logistics processes while keeping a cool head. You think in terms of solutions rather than problems, enjoying collaboration with clients, suppliers, and colleagues. Together, you ensure optimal results. You understand that your personal life may take a backseat during the summer, and we will assist you in finding creative ways to fill the remaining working months.
You are skilled in decentralized management and can keep your construction team motivated during setup and dismantling, even in the most challenging environments. The size of your team will vary based on the number of festivals, but you will serve as the project leader, providing solutions and translating your clients' needs into concrete proposals.
With your studies and/or work experience in managing and overseeing festivals or in the structured setup and breakdown of events, you maintain a broad perspective. You will be a pioneer with us, as our projects require a solutions-oriented mindset. This approach enables you to make decisions that benefit not only your clients and guests but also our organization in a cost-effective manner. You will adeptly switch between email, walkie-talkie, and phone, managing various events clearly and efficiently, even from a distance.
